If you are struggling with postpartum depression anxiety and looking for a counselor
I’d like you to know that I will:
- Help you return to your normal self and feel the joy of motherhood and connection with your baby
- Give you hope that you won’t feel this way forever
- Supportively listen to and help you understand why you feel the way you feel
- Be compassionate and work with you at your own pace
- Teach you effective way to relieve your anxiety and panic
- Understand what you are going through because of my personal experience with it
- Encourage you to be curious about your feelings rather than afraid of them
As the mother of four, I have experienced what it was like to have a baby and then suffer with postpartum depression/anxiety. I unfortunately, did not know what I was dealing with and told no one which, made it worse and last longer. That is one reason I am committed to helping my clients move through their experience of postpartum depression and anxiety with plenty of knowledge, support and effective coping tools. There is no reason to quietly suffer alone with this common complication of pregnancy.
